Invitation to Bid for LPG Via BZ Group FZCO
The BGC tender is estimated to be published in around 15 March 2026. We plan to bid for minimum 5000 MT. We are open to additional bookings on FOB basis with minimum quantities of 5000 MT per shipment. We will consider smaller two bookings of 2,500 MT for the same destination port. We are open to single spot shipment or multiple monthly shipments for upto 12 months on FOB basis Umm Qasr Port, Basrah, Iraq.
First loading estimated in late April 2026 or early May 2026.

In September 2025, our Company, BZ Group FZCO (“BZG” ), has been invited to bid in the upcoming LPG tender of Basrah Gas Company (“BGC”). BZG has been pre-qualified as an exporter and a registered customer of BGC to bid for LPG quantities since December 2024.
BZG plans to bid for quantities based on the expression of interest & booking for quantities along with competitive bids received in the next four to six weeks.
We have prepared a document titled “An Introduction to Bulk LPG Supply – FOB Umm Qasr Port, Basra, Iraq (October 2025 Onwards) to solicit Expression of Interest with indicative bid prices from interested parties for booking of LPG quantities.

Background Information
The Iraqi Ministry of Oil has granted the Oil Marketing Company (“SOMO”) exclusive rights to import and export crude oil, gas, and oil products to and from the Republic of Iraq, in accordance with Laws 101 of 1976 and 272 of 1987. In addition, Basrah Gas Company (“BGC” or “Seller”) was authorised to export the products produced by the venture with SOMO on behalf of BGC, in accordance with the Basrah Gas Development Agreement (as endorsed by the Iraqi Council of Ministers in 2011). In this context, BGC and SOMO jointly invite offers for sales of the product from Basrah Gas Company, Umm Qasr Marine Terminal.
