These specifications are for information purposes only and shall not be binding upon the Seller. The Seller will bear no liability for delivering product that doesn’t conform to these specifications. The LPG and other refined petroleum products quality (specification) and quantity may be independently verified by the Buyer via reputable cargo inspection firms on the vessel, at the port of export prior to or post loading on the vessel and prior to unloading.
